You can compete for as many medals as you like, but you can’t submit the same run multiple times.
Remember, always take care when starting any new exercise and keep within your usual active pace. You can complete the distance in any form you chose; walking or running and there is no time limit. The experience is designed to motivate and bring interest to your daily exercise, and to remind us all of the achievements of our veterans in the Fleet Air Arm.
Distances can be completed anywhere! So please walk or run safely and in line with social distance guidelines set out by the Government.
