The annual Navy Wings supporter’s day was a wonderful celebration of the nation’s naval aviation heritage. Navy Wings supporters enjoyed a fantastic flying display from the Texan and the Chipmunk and took the opportunity to speak with all the wonderful engineers who keep the historic aircraft in the skies. Veterans were able to visit their old aircraft and supporters could get up close to the last Flying Sea Vixen and the world’s oldest surviving Swordfish. Associate aircraft the Gazelle and Bristol Scout joined in the fun too! The day included a reunion of Ex Sea Vixen Air Crew, pictured below with the last flying Sea Vixen.
