Navy Wings joined communities across South Somerset and North Dorset to marking the 80th anniversary of VE Day by flying the Swordfish past local landmarks and celebrations.
On the evening of 8 May 2025, Swordfish W5856 took off from RNAS Yeovilton under perfect skies to to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of VE Day.
Navy Wings photographer, Lee Howard, was onboard a chase aircraft to capture some truly incredible shots as we passed by a number of local landmarks and celebrations.
